The present proceedings are instituted under Section 482 Cr.P.C. on behalf of the petitioners seeking quashing of FIR No.695/2015 registered under Sections 323/341/354A/506/34 IPC at P.S. Sangam Vihar, Delhi on the ground that parties have amicably settled their disputes. 2.

As per the allegations levelled in the FIR, .the petitioners abused and gave beatings to the complainant as a result of which he sustained injuries. 3.

Mr. Sabharwal, learned APP for the State, on instructions, submits that as per the chargesheet, apart from the petitioners there is another accused Abhijeet who has already been declared P.O. vide order dated 30.03.2022.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have no clue about the whereabouts of the same and have no control over accused/Abhijeet. He further submits that petitioners and respondent No. 2 are known to each other being residents of same locality and present FIR was registered due to misunderstanding and with the intervention of family members and friends, parties have amicably settled their disputes out of Court and in terms of the said settlement, complainant is now left with no claim or grievance against the petitioners.

It is informed that another FIR No. 696/2015 registered under Sections 323/341/354A/506/34 IPC at P.S. Sangam Vihar against respondent No.2 and other persons, has also been quashed vide today's order passed in CRL.M.C. 5940/2023.

The petitioners and respondent No.2, who are present in Court, have been identified by their respective counsel as well as by the IO/SI Namita, P.S. Sangam Vihar, Delhi.

The petitioners have shown remorse for their conduct and undertake not to repeat the same in future. Respondent No. 2 also states that he has settled the disputes with the petitioners out of his own free will, volition and without any coercion. He further states that he has no objection if the present FIR and consequent proceedings are quashed qua the present petitioners only.

The parties shall remain bound by the statements made in Court today.

In view of the above facts and considering that no useful purpose will be served in continuance of the proceedings, it is directed that the aforesaid The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.

FIR and the consequent proceedings arising therefrom are hereby quashed. 10.
