% 08.11.2016 Husband of the petitioner has been missing since 30.08.2015. As per the status report, the missing person has spoken to Inspector Subash Chandra, which was a video call and the conversation has been recorded in which the missing person stated that he has been residing at some place and will not come to Delhi. He also stated that he has fear of his life from the petitioner and her family members at Delhi. He further stated that he has been residing in a safe manner and has refused to come to Delhi. In view thereof, the learned counsel for the petitioner does not press the present petition and submits that the petitioner will seek such remedies as are available in accordance with the law.
