In view of the clarification given on the last date, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the subsequent bail application being BAIL APPLN 1029/2020. The same is dismissed as withdrawn. 2.
Learned APP for the State submits that a fresh Status Report has been placed on record in BAIL APPLN 1029/2020. The Registry shall place a copy of same in records of the present bail application. 3.
It is stated that the charge sheet has already been filed against the other accused persons.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that even as per the allegations made in the FIR, the complainant was an employee of the petitioner and on his instructions, he had gone to Chandni Chowk to receive an amount of Rs.10 lacs and on the way, an amount of Rs.5 lacs was stolen from the complainant. In consequence of the same, the petitioner asked the complainant's family to pay the stolen Rs.5 lacs to him. He submits that all the other accused are on regular bail.

The petitioner shall join investigation tomorrow i.e., on 02.06.2020 at 4:00 P.M.

List on 16.06.2020.

Till the next date of hearing, no coercive steps shall be taken against the petitioner.
