This is second bail application under Section 439 of the Cr.P.C. seeks regular bail in case FIR No. 322/2018, under Section 376 of the IPC and Sections 6/10 of the POCSO Act, registered at P.S. Sagarpur, Delhi. 2.

Learned counsel for the applicant seeks leave to withdraw the present application with a prayer for expeditious trial. It is pointed out that out of 15 PWs cited, 3 have been examined.
