The present petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Section 482 of the Cr.P.C. seeks the following prayers:- "a) Issue a writ in the nature of Mandamus granting parole for a period of two (2) months to the petitioner in FIR No. 66/2010, U/S 302 IPC, P.S. Harsh Vihar;
