Writ Petition under Article 226 of Constitution of India read with Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed on behalf of the Petitioners for quashing of FIR No.0180/2019, under Sections 376/506 IPC, registered at P.S.: Vijay Vihar, Delhi., in view of compromise with Resopndent No.2. 2.

Learned ASC for State, on instructions of IO, submits that Resopndent No.2 is not willing to settle the matter. 3.

Petitioners are also not present in the Court, though their counsel is. 4.

In view of aforesaid submission that Resopndent No.2 is not willing to settle the matter, Writ Petition along with pending Applications is dismissed.
