The petitioner assailed order dated 06.07.2023 of the competent authority whereby his application for parole was declined. The application was declined in view of Rule 1211 (IV) of the Delhi Prison Rules. After addressing partly, learned counsel for petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this petition with liberty to obtain prior approval of the Ministry of External Affairs and the Ministry of Home and thereafter to file fresh application before the competent authority.
