This is a joint application filed by the parties under Order XXIII Rule 3 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 to record the compromise between the parties.

I have gone through the terms of the settlement and do not find the same to be unlawful.

The parties shall remain bound by the said terms of the settlement. 5.
