This suit is instituted on behalf of the Plaintiffs seeking a decree of permanent injunction restraining the Defendants and all others acting on their behalf from manufacturing, selling or in any manner dealing in any product bearing the impugned SARAS salt packaging and/or using any other packaging deceptively similar to Plaintiffs' TATA SALT packaging , which is also subject matter of copyright CS(COMM) 285/2025 The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. A-120055/2017 dated 11.09.2017, amounting to infringement and passing off, amongst other reliefs. 2.

During the pendency of the suit, parties were referred for mediation before the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre, where they have amicably settled their inter se disputes and executed a Settlement Agreement dated 13.03.2026, incorporating the terms of settlement. Amongst other terms of Agreement, parties have agreed that Defendants shall use a new packaging marked as 'Annexure-G' to the Settlement Agreement instead of the impugned packaging.

Court has perused the terms of settlement and finds the same to be lawful. Accordingly, the suit is decreed in terms of the settlement between the parties, which shall form a part of the decree and bind the parties thereto. 4.

Registry is directed to draw up the decree sheet. 5.

Suit along with the pending application stands disposed of. 6.

Plaintiffs are held entitled to refund of entire court fees in accordance with Court Fees Act, 1870.
