% 04.06.2020 This hearing has been held by video conferencing. The learned counsel for the petitioners confines the prayers of the petitioners to the limited relief that the respondents may be directed to take all precautionary measures as would be required and feasible to ensure that the declaration of the respondent no.2 hospital as a COVID Hospital does not cause any health hazard to the residents of the area. Mr.Sanjoy Ghose, learned Additional Standing Counsel for the respondent no.1 assures the Court that all such measures are being taken and will continue to be taken by the respondents. With regard to the apprehension of the petitioners, he further submits that a meeting would be called by the Nodal Officer of the concerned area under the Disaster Management Act, 2005, who is the District Magistrate of the area, along with the SHO of the area concerned to visit the site of the respondent no.2 hospital along with the

representatives of the petitioners. In such meeting, the petitioners shall be at liberty to propose measures that may be taken to allay their apprehension about any health hazard. Such measures so far as are required and are feasible would be duly implemented. He submits that this order may however, not be treated as a precedent. Recording the above statement, it is directed that the said meeting shall take place in front of the respondent no.2 hospital at 11.00 a.m. , tomorrow that is 05.06.2020.

The petition is disposed of.
