This application has been filed seeking modification of order dated 9th July 2024 granting parole to accused-petitioner for a period of 4 weeks on furnishing personal bond in the sum of Rs.10,000/- with one surety of the like amount.

Petitioner's counsel points out to previous order dated 28th February 2019 where the petitioner had sought a similar modification on parole conditions granted at that stage. Petitioner was then released on parole on furnishing personal bond in sum of Rs10,000/- with one cash surety of the like amount to the satisfaction of Superintendent, Tihar Jail. 4.

In view of the circumstances, the Court deems it fit to modify conditions of bail order dated 9th July 2024 to the extent that petitioner be released on parole on furnishing personal bond in sum of Rs10,000/- with one cash surety of the like amount to the satisfaction of Jail Superintendent. Other conditions shall remain the same.

Application stands disposed of in above terms. 6.

Copy of order be sent to the Jail Superintendent for information and compliance.
