The Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Section 482 CrPC has been filed on behalf of the petitioner for issuance of writ of Mandamus or some other suitable writ, in order to transfer the Cases bearing No. CT Case No. 458/2022, titled 'Pooja vs. Swaraj' pending before the learned MM, Rohini Courts and MT.Case No. 32/2022, titled 'Pooja vs. Swaraj, pending in the Court of Principal Judge, Family Court, Rohini Courts from District North to Karkardooma Courts, District Shahdara on account of atrocities, arbitrary, illegal and unwarranted act, having been committed upon the petitioner by the lawyers of the respondent at the instance of the respondent No. 2 in Mediation proceedings at Rohini Courts.
