By virtue of the present application under Section 482 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, the petitioner seeks grant of anticipatory bail in the case arising out of FIR No.78/2026 dated 17.02.2026 registered at PS:

Swaroop Nagar under Sections 109(1)/232(1)/3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and Sections 25/27 of the Arms Act, 1959.

After some arguments, learned counsel for the applicant seeks to withdraw the present application with liberty to seek appropriate remedies in accordance with law.

As such, the present application is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
