Heard the learned counsel for the appellant.

This intra-court appeal takes exception to an interim order dated 11.03.2025 passed by the learned Single Judge whereby the order impugned herein to the extent that it sought to blacklist the petitioner-appellant, has been stayed.

The learned Single Judge in the concluding paragraph of the order impugned herein has further observed that it is made clear that the Court had not interdicted with the termination of services of the petitioner-appellant and the direction regarding seeking refund from the petitioner. 4.
Accordingly, since the order under challenge herein is completely interlocutory in nature and the respondents before the learned Single Judge The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. had to file their response, we are not inclined to entertain this appeal, which is hereby dismissed.

Needless to say that the opinion expressed by learned Single Judge in the impugned order is tentative and is only for the purpose of passing of the said order.

In this view, it is always open to the petitioner to take all the pleas which may be available while arguing the matter pending before the learned Single Judge.
