Applicant seeks regular bail in case FIR No.0461/2025 dated 02.08.2025, registered at P.S. Bawana, Delhi, for commission of offences under Sections 64(2)/75/76/126 of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS), 2023 (corresponding Sections 376AB/354A/354B/339 IPC). 2.
Charges have been ascertained and the learned counsel for the applicant submits that present application has been filed in view of the earlier liberty granted to the applicant.

Fact, however, remains that the next date of hearing before the learned Trial Court is stated to be 22.05.2026, when the prosecutrix is to appear for recording of her deposition.

After hearing arguments for some time, learned counsel for the applicant, without prejudice to her rights and contentions, seeks to withdraw the present application with liberty to file application afresh once the testimony of the prosecutrix is over.

The present bail application is, accordingly, disposed of as not pressed. 6.
Liberty, as prayed, is granted.
