% 09.06.2020 The Nominal Roll has been received from the Superintendent, Jail, which indicates that the applicant has been incarcerated since 6.6.2019 and has spent 1 year and 1 day in jail till 6.6.2020. The medical status report dated 5.6.2020 of the applicant indicates that the applicant suffers from no ailments, the status report is also on the record, in as much the applicant seeks grant of interim bail in view of the Minutes of the Hon'ble High Powered Committee of this Court dated 18.5.2020. Presently, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present application seeking liberty to seek redressal before the learned Trial Court submitting inter alia that the learned Trial Court in several other cases has granted interim bail even qua offences punishable under Section 304B of

the Indian Penal Code, 1860 in view of the Minutes of the Hon'ble High Powered Committee of this Court.

The Bail Application 1043/2020 is thus dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to seek redressal in view of the Minutes of the Hon'ble High Powered Committee of this Court before the learned Trial Court and / or by moving a representation before the Hon'ble High Powered Committee of this Court.
