It is seen that repeated adjournments have been taken by the applicant. On 03.08.2023, this Court had specifically noted that the adjournment was being granted as a last opportunity to the applicant to address arguments.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State submits that the applicant, after availing the interim protection, has not cooperated with the investigation.

None appears for the applicant on the second call as well. 5.

The application is dismissed in default.
