The present writ petition has been filed seeking action against the unauthorised construction being carried out by the respondent no.5 at the property bearing No.6-A, East Guru Angad Nagar, Gali No.-04, Delhi-110092 (hereinafter the 'subject property'). 2.
The petitioner is a neighbour of the private respondent no.5. It is the petitioner's grievance that the private respondent no.5 is raising unauthorized construction in the subject property without obtaining a sanctioned plan. 3.
Complaints have been filed by the petitioner with the statutory authorities. Counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent-MCD on advance notice submits that the subject property has been booked on 16th April, 2026 and a show-cause notice has been issued to the owner/occupier of the said property. He further submits that a personal hearing has been fixed for 5th May, 2026.

Accordingly, the present writ petition is disposed of while directing the respondents to take appropriate action in accordance with law. 6.
Pending application stands disposed of.

In the event the petitioner has any further grievance with regard to unauthorised construction, he is at liberty to take appropriate remedies in accordance with law.

All rights, contentions and legal remedies of the owner/occupier/ private respondent no.5 are kept open.
