The present matter has been put up on Office Note wherein it is submitted that vide Letter dated 15.01.2025 by Shri Pooran Chand, ASJ-01 (South East) POCSO, Saket Courts, New Delhi who has requested to extend the time for disposal of the case title State vs. Shahrukh @ Bilauta Ors. arising out of FIR No. 1475/2015 under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 registered at Police Station Govind Puri, Delhi. 2.
Vide Order dated 10.07.2024, it was directed that the trial in the present FIR be completed within six months i.e., by 23.01.2025. However, learned Additional Sessions Judge has submitted that till 10.01.2025, 26 witnesses have been examined and two PWs remain to be examined, for which PE is fixed on 12.02.2025.
The long date given as between 26th January to 05.02.2025 when the Assembly Elections of Delhi has to be held and the accused is not going to be produced from JC. 3.

be completed and hence, extension by another six months is sought. 4.
In view of the explanation given, another six months are granted to the learned Additional Sessions Judge to conclude the trial. 5.
A copy of this Order be communicated to the concerned Additional Sessions Judge.

No further directions are required to be passed in the present matter.
