The present bail application has been filed under Section 439 CrPC read with Section 482 CrPC seeking interim bail in connection with FIR No.0116/2019 under Section 302 IPC and Sections 25/27/54/59 of the Arms Act registered at Police Station Prasad Nagar for the purpose of getting his child admitted to the school, who is aged about 05 years. 2.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though a prayer for interim bail for a period of 30 days has been made but he is confining his prayer only for a period of two weeks.

He further submits that on an earlier occasion the petitioner has been granted interim bail but the same was never misused by the petitioner inasmuch as he has always surrendered within the stipulated period. This position is not disputed by the learned APP, on instructions from the Investigating Officer, who is present in the Court. 4.

date of his release subject to his furnishing a Personal Bond in the sum of Rs.10,000/- and one Surety Bond of the like amount, to the satisfaction of the learned Trial Court/CMM/Duty Magistrate, further subject to the following conditions:- (a) Petitioner/applicant shall appear before the learned Trial Court as and when the matter is taken up for hearing. (b) Petitioner/applicant shall provide his mobile number to the IO concerned which shall be kept in working condition at all times and shall not switch off or change the mobile number without prior intimation to the Investigating Officer concerned. The mobile location be kept on at all times.
(c) Petitioner/applicant shall not indulge in any criminal activity and shall not communicate with or come in contact with the, witnesses or any family members of the witnesses. (d) Upon expiry of the period of interim bail, the petitioner shall surrender before the concerned Jail Superintendent. 5.
The application stands disposed of.

Copy of the order be forwarded to the concerned Jail Superintendent for information and necessary compliance.
