A Petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 Cr.P.C has been filed on behalf of the Petitioner for setting aside the Order dated 04.04.2022 passed by learned Special Judge, CBI, New Delhi in case No.ECIR/10/DZ-I/2017 dated 28.09.2017.

Learned counsel on behalf of ED submits that the Order has been complied and the list of documents has already been supplied to the learned Counsel for the Respondents and even the inspection of the documents has been permitted, therefore, the present Petition has become infructuous. Learned Counsel for ED seeks permission to withdraw the present Petition. 3.

In view of the submissions made by learned Counsel for ED, the present Petition is permitted to be withdrawn. 4.
