% 09.07.2024 Ms. Sakshi Sachdeva, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits, that the complainant's deposition was recorded on 04.07.2024 and he has turned hostile.

It is noticed however that intimation required in view of the mandate of the Supreme Court in Jagjeet Singh & Ors. vs. Ashish Mishra @ Monu & Anr.1, has not been sent to the complainant, which would be necessary before proceeding further with the matter.
