Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that, in terms of Section 202 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, if required, he will move an appropriate application before the Trial Court, at an appropriate stage.

In view of the above submission, without prejudice to the rights and contentions of the petitioner, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the petition, with liberty to move an appropriate application at an appropriate stage before the Trial Court.
