The present application under Section 439 read with Section 482 of the Cr.P.C. seeks the following prayers:- "It is, therefore, respectfully prayed that this Hon'ble court may kindly be pleased to extend the interim bail of the petitioner for a period of one month in case FIR No. 531/2018, Under Section 307/324/341/34.IPCof Police Station Hari Nagar Delhi, n the interest of justice.
Any other order or further relief which this Hon'ble court may deem fit and proper may also be passed in favour of the Petitioner."

Status report dated 09.04.2024 authored by Station House Officer, P.S. Hari Nagar, Delhi has been handed up in Court and the same is taken on record.

The applicant was granted interim bail vide order dated 18.03.2024 and it was extended till today vide order dated 03.04.2024. 6.
Learned counsel for the applicant has handed up in Court order dated 04.04.2024 passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge-03 (West), Tis Hazari Court in case FIR No. 397/2019 under Sections 3/4 MCOC Act, registered at P.S. Hari Nagar, wherein the learned Trial Court has extended the interim bail granted to the present applicant till 24.04.2024 on the same terms and conditions.

The aforesaid status report confirms that the mother of the applicant was admitted for her surgery and would be discharged today i.e., 09.04.2024.

Keeping in view the fact that the applicant has been granted interim bail till 24.04.2024 by learned Trial Court, the interim bail granted to the present applicant vide order dated 18.03.2024 is extended till 24.04.2024 on the same terms and conditions.

The applicant shall surrender before the concerned Jail authorities on 25.04.2024.

The application stands disposed of accordingly. 11.
Copy of the order be sent to the concerned Jail Superintendent for information and compliance.
