Bail. The said application, however, was dismissed by the said Court, vide its Order dated 19.08.2023. Aggrieved by the said Order, the petitioner has filed a petition before the High Court of Punjab and Haryana, being CRM-M-63123-2023, titled Ravinder Shah Singh v. In my opinion, the relief, if any, can be claimed and be granted only by the High Court of Punjab and Haryana. Filing of this petition is, in fact, an abuse of the process of the Court. 5.
Accordingly, the bail application along with the pending application is dismissed.
