This writ petitioner is filed by the petitioner seeking parole for 60 days on account of the marriage of his son fixed on 29.06.2020. 5.
Admittedly, the petitioner has not moved any application for parole before the jail authorities; hence this writ petition may be treated as an application for parole and be placed before the DG (Prisons), (Parole Committee) within two days from today. The matter be considered and disposed of within a week thereafter by the concerned authority. The decision the DG (Prisons) be also communicated to the petitioner.
