1. The present application has been filed under Section 438 read with Section 482 Cr. PC seeking grant of anticipatory bail in case FIR No.0050/2023 registered at PS Cyber Police Station, South West, under Sections 419/420/34/506 IPC.
2. Learned APP for the State submits that the petitioner is CCL, the State does not want to oppose the anticipatory bail.
3. In view of the submissions of the learned APP for the State, without going into the merits of the case, in case of arrest, the petitioner be admitted to anticipatory bail in the sum of Rs.20,000/- with a surety of The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. the like amount subject to the satisfaction of the IO/SHO with the following conditions;
i. the petitioner shall cooperate in the investigation and appear before the Investigating Officer of the case as and when required;
ii. the petitioner shall not directly or indirectly make any inducement, threat or promise to any person acquainted with the facts of the case;
iii. the petitioner shall provide his/her mobile number(s) to the Investigating Officer and keep it operational at all times; iv. In case of change of residential address and/or mobile number, the petitioner shall intimate the same to the Investigating Officer/Court concerned by way of an affidavit. v. the petitioner shall also inform the investigation officer about any change in their address.
