The hearing has been conducted through Video Conferencing. 2.

The facts of the case are 77 grams of heroin - intermediate quantity was recovered from the car in which the applicant was travelling along with co-accused Amit Sikka and Mohit. Both of them have since been granted bail and the role of both the accused was more or less similar to this applicant as they were also, allegedly, travelling in the same car. These facts are not disputed by the learned APP for the State.

Considering the facts and on the ground of parity, the applicant is also admitted to bail on his furnishing personal bond in the sum of Rs.20,000/- to the satisfaction of the Jail Superintendent/Duty MM. The surety of the like amount shall be furnished by the petitioner within a week of the learned Trial Court resuming its normal functioning. The applicant is also directed to provide his contact number/address to the SHO of the concerned police station as also he shall keep open his location application in his mobile at all time. 4.

The petition stands disposed of in above terms.
