% 21.03.2016 Crl. M.A. No. 4686/2016 Vide this application under Section 439 Cr.P.C., the petitioner seeks regular bail in case FIR No.2952/2015 u/s 354A/354D/342/506/509 IPC registered with Police Station Shakarpur, Delhi. The allegations against the petitioner are that he used to follow the complainant and on 5th December, 2015 took her in a corner and took photograph with her. Even thereafter, he has been following her. Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is no longer required for the purpose of investigation as the charge sheet has already been submitted. He is in custody since 21st December, 2015.

Keeping in view the totality of facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner is admitted to bail on his furnishing personal bond in the sum of Rs.15,000/- (Rupees fifteen thousand only) with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of learned Trial Court. He is directed to furnish his address and contact number to this Court as well as to the Learned Trial Court. He is further directed neither to contact the prosecutrix or any other prosecution witnesses nor to coerce or threaten them.

The application stands disposed of accordingly. A copy of this order be given dasti under the signatures of the Court Master to counsel for the petitioner.
