We have heard Mr. Bhargava, learned Counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Piyush Gaur, learned SPC for the respondents. 2.

For the present, Mr. Bhargava is agreeable to a disposal of this writ petition with direction to the respondents to treat the writ petition as well as all averments and documents annexed therewith as a representation and to take a decision on the petitioner's request for transfer to Delhi or the NCR region, keeping in mind the circumstances in which he is placed, within a period of four weeks from today.

Should the petitioner continue to remain aggrieved, his right to re-approach the Court shall stand remain reserved. 4.
