% 06.01.2017 EX.P.46/2014 and E. A. No.761/2016 u/s 151 CPC moved by decree holder for impleadment of M/s DSC Engineering Pvt. Ltd. & M/s DSC Hydro Power Pvt. Ltd. as additional judgment debtor nos. 2&3 Learned counsel, who was appearing for judgment no.1 earlier has submitted that he is also appearing for proposed additional judgment debtor nos. 2 &3.
Learned counsels for parties have admitted that since the sum involved in execution petition is less than Rs. one crore therefore the same may be transferred to South East District, Saket Courts Delhi, having jurisdiction.

-2Justice on 17.11.2016, the pending execution petitions involving a sum upto Rs. 2 crores are to be transferred to concerned District Court.
Since sum involved in the present execution petition is less than one crore, therefore, the present execution petition is to be transferred to concerned District Court. Accordingly the execution petition stands transferred to the court of learned District & Sessions Judge, South East District, Saket Courts Delhi for 03.02.2017. The parties are directed to appear before learned District & Sessions Judge, South East, Saket Courts, Delhi on 03.02.2017 at 10.00 am.
