Mr. Yashu Rustagi, learned counsel appearing for the respondent submits that the respondent has already initiated the process for complying with the judgment dated 11th July, 2023 passed by the Division Bench of this Court in W.P. (C) No. 9255/2019. He submits that certain formalities are needed to be complied with.

Further, the respondent has already asked the petitioner to submit requisite documents, including the medical certificates. judgment. However, he submits that since the formalities are being undertaken, two months' time may be extended for the needful. 3.
The statement made by learned counsel appearing for the respondent is taken on record and the respondent is held bound by the same. 4.
Accordingly, it is directed that the respondent shall positively comply with the directions passed in judgment dated 11th July, 2023 in terms of the undertaking and do the needful within a period of two months from today. 5.
With the aforesaid undertaking, the present petition is disposed of. 6.
However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to revive the present petition, in case of non-compliance of the aforesaid undertaking by the respondent.
