By way of this common application, parties seek disposal of these appeals on the basis of settlement agreement dated 25.11.2024. The settlement deals with both these appeals but the Registry listed only RFA 369/2023, so oral directions through Court Master were issued and the other appeal RFA 370/2023 has been listed in second Supplementary List. It is submitted by both sides that they have compromised all disputes which are subject matter of these two appeals by way of settlement agreement dated 25.11.2024.

Having examined the settlement agreement dated 25.11.2024, I am satisfied that the disputes between the parties stand settled by way of lawful compromise. As such, the application is allowed and both these appeals are disposed of as compromised.
