Pursuant to the previous order dated 8th April 2025, documents which are available with the petitioner, relating to the corporate entities, companies, and partnership firms, were given for inspection, however, the documents were incomplete.

Though the respondent was to cooperate, in the second motion to be filed, the issue was stuck on account of lack of compliance inter alia of paragraph 6 of Settlement Agreement dated 27th January 2023 and paragraph 7 of the addendum dated 11th October 2023, where the respondent/wife was entitled to certain amounts in respect of these corporate entities and the partnership firms.

Considering that the issue relating to the payment of these amounts is yet to be resolved, the right to pursue the same shall remain reserved for the respondent and this Court has not expressed any observation on the merits of the same.

However, it is mutually agreed by the parties that second motion shall be filed within two weeks, and parties and counsel shall cooperate, so that there is culmination of process of divorce, which had commenced previously.

Contempt petition is, therefore, disposed in these terms. 6.

Parties shall remain bound to address the residual issues which arise from the settlement agreement dated 27th January 2023 and addendum 11th October 2023.

The limitation, therefore, for filing second motion, shall be extended till 10th May 2025.
