% 22.04.2016 IA 4144/2016 Para 3 of the application reads as under:- "That in the meanwhile, all the disputes between the parties i.e. the Plaintiff (Wife) and the Defendant (husband) has been settled with the active intervention of the Hon'ble Court of Ms. Ravinder Kaur, District and Sessions Judge (South West District), Dwarka Courts, Delhi, vide Memorandum of Understanding dated 19/12/2015. The order of the Ld. Court dated-17/12/2015 showing the intervention of the Hon'ble Court is enclosed."

I note that the order of the Court dated December 17, 2015 has not been filed. Learned counsel for the plaintiff seeks some time to file the same.
