This petition is filed seeking directions to the respondents not to interfere in the construction work of boundary wall of the land situated in Khasra No. 27/15 min (1-10) total admeasuring 1 bigha and 10 biswa situated in the village Akbar Pur Majra, Delhi. 2.

The grievance raised in the petition is that the petitioner is the owner of the land and the officials of the SDM office are not permitting to raise a boundary wall and that the complaint dated 07.01.2025 (annexure P-8) is not being considered by the SDM, Alipur.

Without commenting upon the merits of the case, this petition is disposed of with the liberty to the petitioner to pursue the complaint dated 07.01.2025.

The SDM after satisfying prima facie with regard to the ownership/title of the petitioner shall deal with the complaint in accordance with law, expeditiously by passing a speaking order. Needless to say that the petitioner shall be at liberty to avail remedies in accordance with law, if aggrieved of the decision. 6.
