Respondent No. 2 - Food Corporation of India ["FCI"] has filed this application for dismissal of the writ petition on the ground that this Court lacks territorial jurisdiction to entertain the present writ petition. 2.
It is contended by Mr. Om Prakash, learned Standing Counsel for FCI, that the petition challenges adverse remarks in the petitioner's Annual Performance Assessment Report ["APAR"] for the period when she was posted in Bhagalpur and Patna, both in the State of Bihar. She has since been transferred to Nizamabad, in the State of Telangana.
