Counsel for petitioner has accepted the said Demand Draft. 3.

Counsels have deliberated upon the residual issue of interest, in which there are seems to be some discrepancies. It is agreed between the counsel, on instructions of the parties, that they shall mutually reconcile this issue, and the payment under the said draft bearing DD No. 033266 drawn on IDBI Bank has been accepted on that condition by the petitioner. 4.

Said reconciliation may happen within the four weeks at best. 5.

Petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to revive the same. 6.
