We have perused the Vending Certificate dated 6th November, 2021. 3.
We are equally apprised of the hardship faced by the petitioner that when the activity of vending is carried out by him and considering the nature of vending activity carried out, he cannot be termed as a mobile vendor. 4.
As long as the petitioner conducts himself in terms of the Vending Certificate dated 6th November, 2021, we see no reason for the respondents The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. to initiate any action against him. However, violation of terms and conditions definitely will attract action against the petitioner by the respondents.

As regards changing the status of the petitioner in the vending certificate is concerned, it is open for the petitioner to approach the respondents, and such request, if so made, shall be considered by the respondents in accordance with the law.

With the above observations, we see no reason to cause any interference in the extraordinary jurisdiction. 7.
The petition stands disposed of accordingly.
