% 01.02.2016 The petitioner has filed the present petition seeking directions to the respondent-Punjab National Bank to appoint the petitioner in the post of SWO-A clerical cadre.

After some arguments, Mr.Akhilesh Pradhan, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file a fresh petition after mentioning the complete facts. With the aforesaid liberty, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
