% 24.04.2017 After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that she wants to withdraw the present bail application, with liberty to move appropriate application. She submits that the case is fixed for evidence of the prosecutrix and prays that the Court below be directed to examine the prosecutrix on the next date of hearing.

In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty to move appropriate application as per law after completion of the evidence of the prosecutrix. The Court below is directed to examine the prosecutrix on the next date of hearing.
