This hearing has been done through hybrid mode. 2.

The present petition has been filed by the Petitioner under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for directions to the Respondents to permit the Petitioner to participate in survey in accordance with law. 3.

The Petitioner in the present petition is stated to be a vendor in the vending site Near Regal Building, in front Of Khadi Gram Udyog, Connaught Place, New Delhi for several years. It is the stand of the Petitioner that since 2005 he has been vending in the said site. Certain challans have also been placed on record. It is further submitted that he is a part of the list of 628 squatters which was submitted before the Supreme Court in terms of the directions dated 1st May, 2012.

The prayer of the Petitioner is that the Town Vending Committee-I has commenced a survey and the Petitioner ought to be permitted to participate in The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. Considering the fact that (i) there are certain challans etc., which have been placed on record and (ii) the Petitioner is also part of the list of 628 squatters, the Petitioner is permitted to participate in the survey which is currently being conducted.

The petition is disposed of in these terms. All pending applications, if any, are also disposed of.
