1048/2015, under Sections 451/354(B)/323/509/506 of IPC registered at Police Station Vasant Kunj, Delhi is sought on merits.

Learned counsel for petitioner submits that the matter is coming up before trial court on 16th April, 2019 for hearing on the point of charge. Since petitioner has an alternate and efficacious remedy to seek discharge from trial court by urging the pleas taken herein, therefore, this Court is not inclined to exercise its inherent extra ordinary jurisdiction under Section 482 of Cr.P.C.

Accordingly, this petition and application are disposed of while not CRL.M.C. 1813/2019
