The present Writ Petition under Article 226 & 227 of the Constitution of India has been filed by the Petitioner against the interim order dated 25.03.2025, passed by the Debts Recovery Appellate Tribunal in Regular Appeal No.45/2025.

Since the present Petition is against an interim order, this Court is not inclined to pass any orders. The DRAT is requested to decide and dispose of the application within four weeks from today. 3.

The Writ Petition and pending applications are disposed of with the above directions.
