The learned counsel for the petitioner prays for leave to withdraw the present petition with liberty to raise all his contentions at an appropriate stage before the learned Trial Court. 2.

He further submits that as the complaint has been pending since 2015, a direction be issued to the learned Trial Court to expedite the adjudication of the same.

The petition is dismissed as withdrawn.

The learned Trial Court is requested to expedite the adjudication on the above complaint of the petitioner.

Let the Trial Court record be sent back to the learned Trial Court. 6.

The petitioner shall appear before the Trial Court on 15th February, 2024.
