The learned senior counsel for the petitioner prays for leave to withdraw the present petition with liberty to raise all the contentions before the learned Trial Court which is considering the question of framing of charge against the petitioner.

The petition is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.

This shall, however, not have any effect on the submissions that are to be made by the parties before the learned Trial Court on the issue of framing of charge.
