The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the respondent concealed material facts, which led to passing of the order dated 04.03.2024, by the learned Principal Judge, Family Courts, granting ad interim maintenance to the respondent. 2.

She further submits that the petitioner would be satisfied if the matter which is listed for arguments on interim maintenance on 07.05.2024 is heard on the said date and the respondent does not take unwarranted adjournment.

In view of the above, the present petition is disposed of with direction to the learned Principal Judge, Family Courts, to hear the arguments on interim maintenance on 07.05.2024. 4.

Needless to state that the petitioner would be at liberty to file appropriate documents and reply in support of the arguments and the same would be considered by the learned Principal Judge, Family Courts.
