By way of present petition, the petitioner is seeking following reliefs: "A. Issue an appropriate Writ or order or direction in the nature of mandamus thereby directing the SHO of Police Station Sagarpur to provide protection to the Petitioners.
B. Issue an appropriate Writ or order or direction thereby directing the Respondent No.2 not to commit or omit any act designed to interfere or impede the Petitioners' decision to marry each other." 4.
The learned APP for the State under instructions from the Investigating Officer (IO) submits that the petitioners are not residing at the address, which has been mentioned in the present petition. 5.
