The present petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Section 528 of the BNSS seeks following prayers:- "A. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus issuing necessary directions to the Respondents to take appropriate action on the complaints dated 09.09.2024 and 03.2.2025,( PS Peera Garhi ) DD. No 153A dated 18.3.2025 and DD no. 79A dated 19.3.2025 logged in PS Farsh Bazar to save the life and liberty of the petitioner and his family specially of two school going girls of the petitioner. B. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus issuing necessary directions to the Respondents to provide adequate security to the petitioner to save the life and liberty of the petitioner. C. Pass any other or further order which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper under the facts and circumstances of the case in the interest of justice."

Learned ASC for the State submits that the concerned DCP shall look into the prayers made on behalf of the petitioner. the contact number of the beat constable and SHO concerned will be provided to the petitioners and in case of any exigency, the SHO concerned will respond promptly in accordance with law.

In view of the above, let the present petition be placed before the concerned DCP, as representation, who shall decide it in accordance with law and after giving due hearing to the petitioner, within a period of 4 weeks. 5.

In view of the above, the present petition is disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
