By virtue of the present application under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, the petitioner seeks quashing of FIR No.209/2025 dated 13.06.2025 registered at PS: Vikas Puri under Sections 420 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 and all proceedings emanating therefrom.

After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file afresh alongwith better particulars and/ or documents.

As such, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
